At DomaTila's, our top priority is lash health and exceptional service. To insure the highest quality and best experience possible, DomaTila's will not guarantee that we will be able to offer a fill on lashes that have not been done by our artists. If you are a new client currently wearing extensions, please keep this in mind when scheduling a *New Client Fill. We may have to do a full removal and put on a new set. This policy insures the safety and integrity of your natural lashes and a promise that your lashes will never be compromised.

Blepharitis is when you have bacteria and oily flakes at the base of your eyelashes. Your eyelids are red, swollen, or feel like they are burning. Blepharitis is very common, especially among people who have oily skin, dandruff or dry eyes. Some people have more bacteria at the base of their eyelashes than other people. Meet, the Demodex folliculorum. The Demodex mite is an eight-legged ectoparasite that can reside in our hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Regular cleansing the lashes keeps these bacterias and parasites at bay, as well as daily makeup removal with a non oily remover.

Lash cleansing matters. Avoid oily eye makeup removers or moisturizers; this breaks the bond of the adhesive and makes the extensions shed prematurely. Do not touch or pull on the extensions. Washing the lashes daily with an approved lash cleanser is necessary. Lashes should be combed regularly with a clean, dry lash brush to keep them looking their best. and last but not least; DO NOT PUT MASCARA ON LASH EXTENSIONS!! We sell sealer for those mascara addicts that helps in the lasting protection of the bond and lash.
